This listing is for 1 tuber shipped directly from our farm in April.

Holy moly, this dahlia is something special! Early dinner plate blooms of cheery yellow bloom profusely all summer long. Great cut flowers, long vase life for a dinner plate (5 days easily.) Most blooms were in the upper end of the scale, measuring in at a full 10-12 inches wide! This one also has a very sturdy stalk, with the base stalk looking like the size of our wrists. Vigorous and dependable!

Form: Formal Decorative

Bloom Size: Dinnerplate 8-12”

Plant size: 36-48”

Good for pots?: Certainly not! Are you crazy?! (haha… we are too, but we still wouldn’t recommend these in pots.)

Fable’s Notes: This is an heirloom dahlia from 1959. Seriously, we could talk all day about how much we love this flower. It’s definitely a permanent part of Fable’s Farm for our cut flowers - these are the BEST flowers to randomly gift family, friends, and neighbors.

***Tubers start shipping out in mid April unless otherwise requested. If you request an earlier shipment of your order, you are strongly encouraged to add an insulation pack to their order to avoid risk of freezing in transit. We are not responsible for weather damage during transit. All orders are shipped via USPS.***
