This is a sport (a variant gene from) Thomas Edison (which we will have available to sell starting in 2025!) Prolific purple blooms on a shorter but full-foliaged plant. Makes a great cut flower despite the shorter size.

Fable’s Notes: This lovely seemed a little later than most on our farm, but once it started blooming, there was no end to the large, purple blooms. Definitely needs staking as the flowers are heavy.

Sometimes crud happens, and while we only list a portion of each variety into our shop at a time to try to mitigate risk of running short on supply, there is a possibility of tubers not making it through the winter (like the one year mice managed to get into our storage containers in March!) If such a thing occurs, and we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified for the option of a refund or store credit as you see fit. This year, we have a dedicated refrigeration unit to keep our tubers safe and at the perfect temp and humidity, so we’re hopeful all our stock will pull through without a hitch.
